I can't do anything with the new 3D experience engineer for student license. Here is the details:
I am the administrator for my 3DEXPERIENCE Student platform . I am unable to create any Collaborative Spaces to save my work. The platform is failing to grant me the "IXW" license, even though my account has the "Collaborative Industry Innovator" role, which should provide it. This error happens when I try to open both the standard "3DSpace" app and the admin "Collaborative Spaces Control Center" app. This appears to be a license provisioning bug on your end. Can you please investigate my account (donald-wang / 0I000190770) and force the "IXW" license to activate? I have attached three screenshots showing: My account has the "Collaborative Industry Innovator" role. The "IXW" license error in the 3DSpace app. The same "IXW" license error in the Collaborative Spaces Control Center admin app.
