II have been trying to log into my account I get the same message to create a new password. It says my email has both an account and ID associated with it. But I have no idea how to find either one. I keep putting in my email and it asks for my password which I put in and then it tells me to change and put in a new password which I have done multiple times with the same result. I have the student desktop version. Please help. Thank you John Martin
