However, I never received the 'get started' email. I got in touch with support and they gave me a link to use to get in. Once I was in, I could access the training modules. I need to download the 3ds launcher and SolidWorks to actually go through the training though, and despite being given a 'role' I can't access any of the apps that I need! I have been back and forth for months with support who are slow and utterly useless! I would appreciate any help at all so I can get my certificates and be done with it.
