🚀 My Bulk Material Conveyor Project – A Major Milestone in My Learning Journey
I’m excited to share my Bulk Material Conveyor Project, which has been the most significant and rewarding experience in my engineering journey so far.
🔧 This project involved:
- Performing detailed mathematical calculations for machine design
- Making engineering assumptions based on real-world constraints
- Building a full 3D model in SolidWorks
- Creating detailed workshop drawings for fabrication
It was more than just a modeling task — I approached it as a real-world problem and challenged myself to apply core mechanical engineering principles from concept to production-ready design. Throughout the process, I gained hands-on experience with design logic, load estimation, material selection, and CAD documentation.
💡 This project taught me the importance of precision, planning, and thinking like a manufacturing engineer, not just a designer.
