I have designed this belt conveyor system to transfer graded coal of lump size 125mm the conveying length is 90m and the inclination angle is 15degree, it can handle the capacity of 200TPH(tonne per hour). The belt width is 800mm and the velocity of travel is 1.52 m/s. The design only includes Belt, idlers, drum, shaft, bearing, gearbox, and motor.
NOTE: To create the CAD model of my design I had to cut the conveying length to 9m because 90m length contains so many idlers, and bearing. My system was unable to handle so many components.
