Automated Ultrasonic Testing Prototype with Servo Motor Mechanism

This prototype offers an alternative to manual ultrasonic testing by automating the movement of the probe across the surface using a servo motor. While the current design enables the movement of the ultrasonic probe, a mechanism to rotate the material based on its size is still under development. Since the material may sometimes be a hollow cylindrical tube or a solid structure, a system that adapts to these variations is necessary. Using a metal clamp is not preferred as it could interfere with the test results due to the metal affecting the analysis. Additionally, a system to automatically lubricate the surface for smoother probe movement could be implemented in the future. This project is still in the prototype phase and is undergoing further development.
