The seminar on "𝟑𝐃 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠" held on 07 August, 2025 was successfully conducted with a huge number of participants . We sincerely thank everyone for making it a remarkable success.

This seminar marked a special milestone for SCADR as it was organized in collaboration with SolidWorks User Group Network (SWUGN) Bangladesh, strengthening the bridge between academic learning and global design engineering communities.

Our distinguished lineup of speakers made the event truly insightful:

• Md. Rakibul Islam, Leader of SWUGN Bangladesh & Brand Ambassador of Dassault Systèmes. He delivered an inspiring talk on Prospective Design Thinking: Bird’s Eye Strategy and Ant’s Eye Precision in SOLIDWORKS . He demonstrated how strategic vision and precise detailing come together in engineering design, and how SWUGN Bangladesh is empowering students and professionals across the nation to embrace advanced design practices.

• Mir Abdur Rahim Shohug , former General Secretary of SCADR and Senior Deputy Director, Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, shared his expertise on biomimicry as a gateway into design engineering, showing how nature’s solutions inspire innovative and efficient designs. 

Speakers from SCADR also highlighted biomimicry, 3D printing methods, and our club activities. The session ended with a lively QnA and exciting 3D printed giveaways 🎁.
