Hello, I am Aniket Varade from Team Kratos Racing.
I came across the app crashing issue on my system of 8GB Ram and NVIDIA GTX1650.
3DEXPERIENCE consumes around 7-8 GB RAM and if any other apps are running in the background then there may not be enough RAM for 3D EXPERIENCE to function properly.
So what we can do is to close all the unnecessary apps which are consuming RAM and then 3D EXPERIENCE will have enough RAM to function.
This has worked in my case.
