My colleague with email ID xmillan@biskyteam.com is having an issue with the platform. He can access the platform and has all the roles available for EuRoC server, but he encounters the following error when opening applications (It shows that his ID is xamillan, but it should be xmillan);
He can't access to his profile either, or create colaborative spaces;
