Hi,

Near the beginning of September, I had purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for students, the one that included:
- 3D Designer Student
- Collaborative Industry Innovator Student
- 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Student
- Collaborative Business Innovator Student

The last time I accessed this platform, I was still able to find the apps and was able to open Solidworks connect, but today, when I logged in, the IU has changed and when I click the compass on the top to direct into the roles, apps and solutions portfolio the apps portion wouldn't even appear. A screenshot has been attached below showing what happens when I go in.
I would really like to know how to access the app, and failing that, a refund for the money that I had paid for the subscription
