Access to 3D Experience Platform Denied

I have purchased 3DEXPERIENCE CATIA for Students. Using the link from the email that I received after purchasing, when I tried to login, I am getting an "Access Denied" window. I have tried the solutions as given in the email (like clearing browser cache etc.) and those given in the FAQ page but nothing worked. I am still not able to access the platform.

I have made the payment on 05-08-2025 and have already filled several support forms regarding the same issue. I have also contacted the customer support. Even after almost one month I have not resolved my issue and nobody is responding to my complaints.

I have not expected such a bad experience from a reputable company. What I have to do?
