access denied

 

I purchased Catia  with is annual subscription.

I received an order confirmation by mail and my debit card was also charged. However, I have not yet received a "Get started with Catia..." Mail Its been 10 days and I still did not get that email. when I try to log in. I get the message "Access denied".

I have already cleared the browser cache and tried to log in on another computer, but I still get the message "Access denied".

its already been long time i am not even able to cancel my order please resolve it or send a link for indiancustomercomplainceforum ,     i am fed-up with your responses
