Access Denied / Missing Roles for Student Account - Reference 541398650

 

Hello,

I recently purchased SOLIDWORKS Design Premium for Students 2026 (Invoice Number: BKD-73658207948), but I am receiving an "Access Denied" error when trying to log into the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

When checking my 3DEXPERIENCE ID, there are no student design roles (such as 3DSwymer or Collaborative Designer) showing up under "My Roles" or the "Company" section of the compass. My account appears to have missed the automated backend provisioning.

Could a platform administrator please check my 3DEXPERIENCE ID and manually link my purchased roles to my account? I have attached my censored invoice to this post for verification.
