Hi Everyone, I recently got access to 3DX, as I'm taking part in one of the student challenges. I've installed the launcher. When trying to open any apps, I get the following error & the launcher closes. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot. 

Laptop is an Acer Nitro, RTX3050ti.

Retry request or contact your administor to check network environment

the application will exit (please contact your administrator).
