I can't run the 3dexperience platform.If i run it's showing error system32 permission denied.And the apps in the 3D Modelling compass are too less.There is no part design and assembly design app.Please look through it.

I'm using Chrome and I cleared cache and turned on incognito mode but still its showing error.And I can't validate my 3dexperience account.Its showing url is failed when i tried to validate my 3dexperience account.How t resolve this issue?
