3dexperience issue

I'm facing a persistent issue with the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher and I'm completely stuck after trying all the common solutions.

The Problem:

When I try to open any app from the dashboard, the browser redirects me to the "Download Launcher" page, even though the launcher is already installed on my computer.

Failed Troubleshooting Steps:

I have already tried all the solutions I could find, but the problem continues:

1. Repair Files: I ran the "repair" function on the installation. It completed, but the issue was not solved.

2. Full Reinstall: I completely uninstalled the 3DEXPERIENCE Launcher and all related files from my computer. After a fresh re-download and installation, the exact same problem occurs.

3. Clear Browser Cache: I cleared all browser cache, cookies, and site data. This did not fix it.

4. Incognito/Private Mode: Trying to launch the app from a private/incognito window also results in the same download redirect.

No matter what I do, I am stuck in this loop. Has anyone experienced this and found a different solution beyond these standard steps?
