as of Thursday morning (EST),

  1. EDU Space is back online and
  2. the issue on the EDU US West data centers is resolved, you can save data (3DEXPERIENCE Cloud Access).

Note

To save, you may want to clean the cache first:

1 - Clear all your browsing data in your internet browser (Google ChromeFirefox)
2 - Clear the client cache (see the attachment below. You may not have all the folders shown in the figure)
