3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students Certification Exam Issue

I am writing to request assistance regarding my certification process. I am currently enrolled in the 3DEXPERIENCE Engineer for Students program.

I have successfully completed two learning modules; however, I am unable to access the certification exam. Despite having paid the required fees and dedicated the necessary time to complete the coursework, the option to start the exam is not appearing or remains locked.

Could you please check my account status and verify if there are any technical barriers preventing me from taking the exam?
