3DExperience Blog CHAPTER 3:3D Creator Part 3

Hello,
As a member of TekyazInternTeam this week, I continue with the 3DExperience Blog CHAPTER 3 Part 3 article.

If I have to explain what I do for those who read it for the first time, in these articles I will explain the roles on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform chapter by chapter.s and ın these chapters .I will briefly explain the applications in that role and talk about what they do.In this way, I hope you have more information if you are interested in the past, or if you are seeing it for the first time, I hope you will be interested.

You can reach my previous articles by clicking the blog hashtag like that Blog.

In this week's article, I would like to talk about the xDesign application, which is in the 3D Creator role and forms the basis of drawing on the 3dexperince platform.

This week I will continue to talk about the xdesign application that it was last week. As I said in my last article, since xdesign is a very long topic and I don't want my blog posts to take more than 5 minutes to read, I decided to explain the xdesign subject part by part.

In this part, I am planning to finish the verbal expression of this subject and share my designs from next week.I plan to explain and finish this part with the last commands I need to explain.

Lets start then.

CHAPTER 3:3D Creator

Part 3:Comment

Revolve: Revolves add or remove material by revolving one or more profiles around a centerline. You can create revolved boss/bases, revolved cuts, or revolved surfaces. The revolve feature can be a solid, a thin feature, or a surface.

Sweep: Sweep creates a base, boss, cut, or surface by moving a profile (section) along a path. A sweep can be simple or complex. To generate the sweep geometry, the software creates a series of intermediate sections made by replicating a profile at various positions along the path. The intermediate sections are then blended together. Additional parameters can be included in the sweep feature such as guide curves, profile orientation options, and twist to create a wide variety of shapes.

Lolft: Loft creates a feature by making transitions between profiles. A loft can be a base, boss, cut, or surface. You create a loft using two or more profiles. Only the first, last, or first and last profiles can be points. All sketch entities, including guide curves and profiles, can be contained in a single 3D sketch.

Fillet: Fillet/Round creates a rounded internal or external face on the part. You can fillet all edges of a face, selected sets of faces, selected edges, or edge loops.

Chamfer: The chamfer tool creates a beveled feature on selected edges, faces, or a vertex.

Shell: The shell tool hollows out a part, leaves open the faces you select, and creates thin-walled features on the remaining faces.

Rib: Rib is a special type of extruded feature created from open or closed sketched contours. It adds material of a specified thickness in a specified direction between the contour and an existing part. You can create a rib using single or multiple sketches.

Mirror: Mirror copies the selected features or all features, mirroring them about the selected plane or face.

Sorry for the long reading of my blog post this week. This week I followed this path because I really wanted to finish the verbal part. Starting next week, I will be with you with designs related to this subject.

I'm waiting for your feedback. Please feel free to comment
