I am reaching out to seek assistance with an issue I've encountered while trying to run 3D Experience CATIA on a Windows 11 virtual machine using Parallels Desktop on my MacBook.

After successfully installing the software, I encountered a graphical driver error upon launching the application. The exact error message reads: "Upgrade graphic driver 4294967295."

Here are some details about my setup:

• Device: MacBook 14” M1 Max 2021
• Operating System: macOS (Ventura 13.3.1), running Windows 11 pro through Parallels Desktop (version 19)
• CATIA Version: R2023x

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

• Updated Parallels Desktop to the latest version.
• Adjusted the graphical settings in Parallels to ensure optimal performance.
• Attempted to update the graphic drivers within the Windows environment.
• Reinstalled 3D Experience CATIA.

Unfortunately, none of the above steps resolved the issue. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you can provide to help me get CATIA running smoothly on my setup.
