I had purchased the 3DExperince Engineer for Students and have gotten my emails to invite me to support and the welcome dashboard but i only have the 3D swymer and support role, i dont have access to anything i should and the youtube tutorials havent helped and there is nothing online as to what i should do. It has been 24 hours and i still cannot access the Student platform.
