It's been two months and I still haven't gotten resolution to my issue. Previously I was able to log on to Xdesign, and even have designs on it that now I cannot access. It says I don't have access to this widget even though I previously was able to log on. I have a subscription till July of this year.
I have already tried contacting them on their support form, to no avail. I submitted a form ten days ago (January 17, 2026). Received a confirmation stating someone will get back to me in 2 business days. It's January 27...ten days since I sent that support form in, and still no response.
I have checked to make sure that the members' role is assigned to me under platform management and it is assigned to me but it's still not working.
I have called the customer support number, which was hard to find on the website, but I found it...but was informed that students don't have access to phone support and it said to email support.students@3ds.com. When I sent an email, I was sent a reply that stated that "this is to inform you that this email inbox is no longer monitored" and it told me to fill out the customer support form (which I already did). So I just did it again. It also suggested going on this forum (again). So here I am, again.
This is very frustrating, as I paid for this subscription for a year and haven't had access for months. I also have a project that I now cannot access on it, and can't finish my project.
I would like this resolved and access to my designs. Designing it took a while, and I need my files. I also need access to this service so I can finish my project.
