While we answer your questions publicly in the 3DEXCITE User Community, it could sometimes be necessary to report a potential issue detected on Dassault Systèmes products or apps. In those cases, a so-called Service Request (SR) is needed to analyze the situation including a detailed scenario description, logs and traces. This SR is analyzed whether the described behavior is a deviation from the intended functionality, and forwarded to R&D if so. The SR will be opened by you or by DS Support.
Where do I create a Service Request?
A Service Request can be submitted, modified and validated through the 3DSupport App, which you can access in two different ways:
- Accessing the 3DSupport app from the dashboard
- Access the 3DSupport app from the COMPASS
