Since the 9th of December DELTAGEN 2022x RF2 is officially available. Apart from fixing several bugs a few useful improvements were introduced.
SolidWorks converter
The import of the active configuration from a SolidWorks file leads to a more compact scene tree. This is achieved by omitting unnecessary groups and switches.
In addition, the name of the assigned appearance is used for labeling the counterpart material in DELTAGEN. This allows replacing the imported materials with an approved material library based on their names afterwards.
