Currently people are mostly using posts to create questions.

As mentioned before there is currently no way to change those posts into something else. So all the tags don't work (questions only) and you are not able to validate an answer.
This contributes to a very cluttered experience.

If at least moderators/admins had the ability to change a post into a question - we'd have at least a band-aid for now in place to make it better.
