Wow! I just received a notification about a "conversation" where I was sent a message 2 months ago (to the day). I've never used the "conversation" functionality, but what if I was actually using this platform for work and someone sent me a message about something important? "Oops, the system didn't notify me of your message for 2 months", doesn't fly...

With gaping holes in basic functionality like this, how could anyone justify moving their business to this platform? Basic functionality like this is the easy part, what about data management where we can't see what's going on behind the scenes?
