Do you know you can drag a fully defined sketch? 

Usually we leave sketch under-defined to drag the sketch entities and the dimension changes. However, there is a way to drag entities of your fully defined sketch. This will change the dimensions too while dragging. I am attaching a short clip here to demonstrate and also the system options that you need to activate.

"System Options > Sketch > Override dimensions on drag/move"
