As a SOLIDWORKS user setting up the 3DEXPERIENCE platform for the first time, you will automatically be assigned as a platform administrator. If you have been invited to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform by another user (administrator), then you will automatically be assigned as a member. 

As an Administrator:

• You are responsible for inviting other members and assigning roles and applications
• You are responsible for platform setup and ongoing administration
• You can also use the platform as a member

As a Member:

• You will be invited and have roles assigned by a platform administrator
• You will be a user of the platform, roles, and applications

	**I am both the Administrator and Member who will use the Roles and Apps. For this, you should follow through both paths!
