Packsize has been a pioneer in migrating from SOLIDWORKS PDM to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. Along the way, we've picked up a wealth of lessons, from preparing and migrating data to setting up the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, managing licenses, organizing users and groups, structuring 3D Spaces and Bookmarks, and mapping attributes and classifications. We've tackled everything from issue tracking and change management to onboarding, permissions, global collaboration with internal and external partners, full EBOM management (including mixed CAD environments), and even custom API dashboard integrations.
