If you have purchased the SOLIDWORKS xDesign, then the good news is that these applications are browser-based and do not require installation!

If you have any of the SOLIDWORKS Browser-Based Roles, you can directly access xDesign, or any other SOLIDWORKS Browser-Based apps can be accessed from the SOLIDWORKS xDesign Cockpit.
To access another SOLIDWORKS xApp app, you can select it from the Welcome app shown below, or by selecting the 'v' next to xDesign shown below.  You can also initiate an app from the Compass menu at the top left of your dashboard.
