Support Criticality & Edge of Failure in Data Collect Plans
In addition to existing ranges that can be specified on a Data Collect Plan, user can specify an additional range (Minimum and Maximum Failure values)
For a Data Collect Plan row, user can specify the "criticality level". It categorizes how important a parameter is to maintaining product quality and consistency
