Hi,

After installing the latest Microsoft security updates on Windows, we are no longer able to preview PDF files in SOLIDWORKS PDM.

Issue details:

• PDF preview in SOLIDWORKS PDM vault view is blank / not loading

• Previously working before the recent Windows security updates

• Adobe Reader is installed and set as default PDF viewer

• Explorer preview pane may still work, but PDM preview does not

We are trying to restore normal workflow for engineering users, as previewing PDFs directly in PDM is a critical part of our process.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
