Why does my routing elbow keep breaking?

Hello everyone,

I am working on a compressed air line for my company that starts at 1" and provides air to a manifold before reducing in size to 1/2" and finally 1/4" and then goes to it's final connection point at 1/4" thread.

We are using compression fitting elbows so I made my own custom elbow with the 3 sizes being used as different configurations and the design table is all set up correctly. The 1" elbows work with no issues and at the moment (as you can see in the screenshot) the 1/4" elbow is in place as it should be. The problem I am having is that as soon as I try and add the final component or make any other changes to the route the elbow breaks which I will try and show with screenshots below.

I will be trying to add my final pipe to thread connection.

Everything still seems fine

The elbow has broken and turned into a bend and the whole 1/4" pipe section gives an error now

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
