Hello everybody,

I used to work with Solidworks professionally in the past, but now I want to use it for private use.

there are 2 options that seem interessting where you might be able to help from your experience.

1. Solidworks x design for makers, with Cloud 3D CAD (Browser based) + for me very interessting: Simulation for motion!
2. 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS for Makers, 3D CAD locally installed but without mentioned Simulation for motion.

the Question; is the cloud based solidworks less powerful than the locally installed vesion / are there known disadvantages?
Is there an option to still have the option for simulation of motion with the local installed version?

Me personally would prefer the local installed version, but i would like to have the simulation feature as well.
