Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue where weld beads are visible in the SolidWorks drawing, but they disappear when I export the drawing to PDF.

The weld beads are properly applied (not suppressed), layers are visible, and everything looks correct inside SolidWorks. The problem only happens after PDF generation.

This is critical because the weld beads are needed to guide the welders during fabrication.

Has anyone experienced this?

• Is this a known PDF export limitation?
• Any specific export or display settings to fix it?
• Any recommended workaround?
