I am in the process of getting my Solidworks for Makers updated to the latest revision which is requiring me to install the latest 3DExperience Launcher application. 

I am going through the website and when downloaded the launcher is not opening. There is a faint window appear then immediately disappears. Below is a snip of the downloaded folder. 

When installing the installer I am using the latest version of Chrome on a Windows 11 computer. I have updated the computer and restarted the computer between attempts. 

I am using an incognito window and have cleared my cache before. 

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.
