I am setting up a new 27" 4K monitor, and seeing some interesting things happen when I open Solidworks. has anyone else seen this before?

When I initially booted it up, the Icons and text were too small for me to see/read, so I changed the monitor display from 150% recommended to 175% at the system level. Now when I open Solidworks, the UI is the right scale, but I'm having issues with the home tab on the taskbar, plus this other issue where every time I click it creates an extra large ghost UI inside the content.
