I am Kunter and I am a Mechanical Engineer. I am trying to learn how to use TolAnalyst addin tool. I want to ask that, when we use the TolAnalyst tool to measure the clearance between the inner surface of a hole and outer surface of a shaft, which options we should select. I mean that, at first, from min to min, from max to max or from center to center. At second, at the last step of the analysis, which options of those "Orientation tolerances", "Normal to origin feature" and "Floating fasteners and pins". Thank you for your help. I need your help in a very short time. Moreover when I apply same configuration to a hole which is at the bottom and at the above the minimum clearances between the inner surface of the hole and shaft becomes the negative sign of each other. What is the reason for that. I want to share a screenshot but I couldn't find how to do it?
