Trying to do full reset to factory defaults using "regedit" but no SW folder shown.  Also SW file explorer only shows files downloaded as early as "last week" and not stuff I downloaded today.  Shouldn't it show ANYTHING  I've downloaded recently in "Downloads", regardless of whether SW can do anything with the files?
