I'm cutting a part with multiple set ups which mostly consist of drilling. All the 2.5 and 3 axis milling operations leave material radially or at least appear to in toolpath simulation. I've set allowances to 0 and played with the side parameters settings but it seems to only add more passes to still leave material behind. What am I missing?
