I get solidworks student edition through my school through a service called apps anywhere.  I get solidworks 2025 student edition.  Whenever I have a sketch and try to add a dimension solidworks gets super laggy and won't display the dimension.  I believe this is an issue to do with not having the century gothic font installed.  I know you can change the font but I don't want to have to do that on every file I ever make or open.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
