I'm getting a warning on Sketch2 in my SolidWorks part that says:
"This sketch contains dimensions or relations to model geometry which no longer exists."
The sketch has 4 circles (all Ø0.43) and is associated with a Cut-Extrude2 feature in my feature tree. The dangling entities appear highlighted in orange/yellow.
I believe the issue started after I modified an upstream feature, which may have removed the referenced geometry.
My questions:
1. What is the best way to identify exactly which relations/dimensions are dangling?
2. Should I delete and re-create them, or is there a way to re-attach them to the correct geometry?
3. Is the Repair Sketch tool (Tools → Sketch Tools → Repair Sketch) reliable for this kind of issue?
I'm using SolidWorks Education Edition. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks
