using 2024 and PDM 2024, my company keeps all sheet formats and symbols etc..   in the vault so when things changes all users don't need to copy paste the newest format or symbol into their local files. 

however it gets really frustrating when i clear my local cache and solidworks forgets all file locations. when i check the options and look all the file locations are the same. i will reset the entire PC and will still not know where anything is. i clear local cache as some bigger assemblies need to be refreshed, enough people move things / checking in and out scrambles things sometimes. clearing the local and getting lastest tends to fix it. however it annoying to remember to pull latest of each file afterwards.

as the way i need to fix it now is go into the vault, find the folder where all this info is located and "get latest". is there a better way to do this? i see when i log into the vault for the first time, it pulls the latest of some stuff but apparently not formats. is this process changeable?
