We have a pretty large weldment assembly that is like 400Mb in size. When we export it to IFC, once in a moon it lands around 180Mb which is great and file works in ACC (autodesk construction cloud) or REVIZTO (another collaboration tool). But like 99.99% of the time IFC export ends up around 50Mb and file is junk. We did try all the 2025 latest service pack and even 2026 SP0, same problem. We need to export like 100 times to get lucky and get one clean IFC file. Is there anything we are missing here during IFC export or the shear size of the SW assembly (north of 400Mb) causes the SW to go bananas during export. Appreciate any help
