So I'm using a Curve to create a circular profile sweep and when I'm adjusting the curve shape sometimes the sweep ends up with a circumfrential split line in one spot. I assume this has something to do with the particulars of the Curve but I don't know what it is. I'm using the circular profile sweep to trim a surface at the specific distance from the curve and as a result downstream features are breaking because it goes from one edge to two edges due to the split line. I also can't really think of anyway to make the model more tolerant to whether or not the split line exists.
