I used to be able to reposition the datum of an ordinate dimension. Not so on 2024. I used to be able to single click the 0 of an ordinate dimension which would highlight the leader line. I could click on the blue square point and drag it to a new edge, thus changing the ordinate datum. This was important when I had to add new features which broke the original ordinate datum edge. See below. I have added a recess centered on the oblong cutout. Now the dimension's datum should be the edge to the left of the recess. I can't fix that. I have to delete the existing ordinate dimension and redimension all the features.
