Hi all,

I was having the same problem as many of you - when I tried to open Solidworks this morning it said I needed the hot fix.  I would click "install", but the box would just disappear.

After trying this several times with no luck, I tried to open an existing part file that I had created a few days ago and voila - the installation of the hot fix finally launched!  It asked me to log into the 3dExperience, uninstalled the existing package, then installed the new one.

Not sure if this will work for everyone but it's worth a shot.
