Kindly request your assistance in identifying a currently available VR headset that is compatible with SOLIDWORKS VR through e‑Drawings.
Since 2018, we have been using SOLIDWORKS VR with HTC Vive Pro headsets, which worked very well for our workflow. Now we need to purchase a new device.
At present, the most recent headset model available in the market appears to be the HTC Focus Vision. However, the SOLIDWORKS hardware compatibility list shows the last supported devices as the HTC Vive Focus and HTC Vive Pro Eye, both of which are no longer supplied.
Given this situation, could you please help clarify the following questions:
- Is the HTC Focus Vision compatible with e‑Drawings VR?
- If not, which alternative VR headsets are currently supported and available for use with e‑Drawings VR?
