Running SW 2019 w/ PDM 29.3. It's been working fine for the past year.

All of a sudden, my saved parts/drawings are not transferring to PDM. One drawing did, but the part did not.

If I try a save-as, or pack and go, or even a new part, everything appears to work properly during the save. However, the files do not show up in PDM.

If I try to save-as the file with the same name, SW states that the file already exists and asks if I want to overwrite it. Overwriting it does nothing - no files there.

Coworkers confirmed they cannot see the files, and are able to create new parts in PDM.

I cleared my local cache. Tried logging in/out, restarting, repairing my installation.

Ended up uninstalling SW and PDM, and reinstalling. Same issue. I'm at a loss, any help would be greatly appreciated.
