Every time I go to update Solidworks (hotfix or otherwise), I get this error. Unfortunately, the same workaround (disabling firewall) does not work. I have scoured the forums and Dr. Google, but I have been unable to find a reliable solution. I have tried wiping the launcher and re-installing (which also results in this issue), completely disabling the firewalls, and verify the host file, disabling UAC, Admin rights are not an issue. I am using windows 11. Complete re-install failed as well.
